Please have your place ready as though presenting to a client. We show up ready to shoot and limit our staging to turning on lights and closing toilet seats (although, we’ve been known to open and close shades as well).
For a 2,000-3,000 sq. ft single family home, we will need approximately 45 minutes to an hour to finish our onsite work. This includes the time needed for floorplan creation. We see everything, so keep in mind if you can see our camera working, the camera sees you! If you plan on being a model for your property shoot, be sure to dress appropriately.
Once we have your space captured our back-end team does their magic, putting the hundreds, thousands, and sometimes tens of thousands of photos together to create your product: A finished Virtual Tour, floorplans, and HDR (high dynamic range) still photography.
2-3 business days after your shoot you will receive links to your Virtual Tour, which we will host for you:
Photos come sized for print and the web/MLS.Print-ready files are 8.5″x11″.
