Please schedule your shoot appropriately, a photo technician left waiting while staging or alterations are being made is subject to $75/hr waiting time.
Construction shoots often end up 10 – 40% more than the listed prices. This is due to more extensive coverage, lower lighting conditions, sites are usually busy, and the dusty conditions are tougher on our equipment.
Bulk pricing is available, please inquire if you are shooting 3 or more units in a complex, or if your office is doing at least 5 shoots/week.
Remember: prepare the home as if you were having an open house. We will capture your space how we see it, and we limit our staging to turning on lights and closing toilet seats.
We ask for 2-3 business day turnaround, this may be extended if your booking request is last minute.
We have a 24 cancellation policy, orders cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a $75 fee. The fee is $100 if our tech shows up and the unit is not ready or inaccessible.
